Sterile AlphaSat® 10 wipers incorporate SterileWipe™ LP 10 sealed-border wipers, pre-wetted with your choice of IPA solution

SterileWipe™ LP 10 is a 100% continuous-filament polyester wiper with thermally sealed borders that have been designed to control particle and fiber contamination. Cleanroom laundered.

Each case of wipers is triple-bagged and gamma irradiated to a Sterility Assurance Level (SAL) of 10^-6. Item TWTX3280 features WFI and TWTX3285 features USP Purified Water. The %IPA Content is 68–72%. NVR limit does not exceed 5mg (0.01%).

Sterile presaturated polyester wipers are effective for cleaning equipment and environmental surfaces in critical aseptic cleanrooms without compromising the sterile environment. Suitable for the final rinsing and residue removal step of most critical cleaning protocols. Wipers with WFI are suitable for final wipedown to remove residual disinfectant and for removing contaminants when wiping gloved hands. For use in ISO Class 3 (FED-STD-209E Class 1/M1.5) cleanroom environments.
