The PCR Kit with Taq DNA Polymerase includes separate solutions of all material needed for a PCR reaction, including dNTPs, reaction buffer with and without MgCl2, 25mM MgCl2, Taq Polymerase, and sterile water. Taq DNA Polymerase is ideal for general PCR and primer extension reactions to amplify DNA templates with high sensitivity. This DNA polymerase is highly-purified, DNA-free, and free of bacterial genomic DNA. PCR can be initiated from as few as 6 primed templates. One unit of activity incorporates 10 nmoles of dNTP into acid-insoluble DNA in 30 minutes at 72ºC. It contains sufficient polymerase for 50 amplifications.
