Also, this is important for spatially and temporally controlled growth of actin microfilaments, which is an essential process in cellular locomotion and cell shape changes. Recombinant human Profilin-4, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, was expressed in E.coli and purified by using conventional chromatography techniques. |
