| Description | NCAM / CD56 Antibody (Biotin) LS-C529413. Recognizes human SCLC. In normal tissues, it stains peripheral nerve, adrenal and thyroid glands, brain, testis and placenta. In abnormal tissues, it stains small cell lung carcinoma and is useful for N-CAM studies and the detection of NK8 NK-like T-cell lymphoma. Has also been shown to react with the 145 and 184kD isomorphic glycoprotein regions of the neural cell adhesion molecule (N-CAM or CD56). |
