| Description | STX12 / Syntaxin 12 Antibody (Cytoplasmic Domain, clone 15G2) IHC-plus™ LS-B2989. Specificity: Identifies recombinant rat syntaxin 13 and will detect an ~38 kD protein, corresponding to the apparent molecular mass of syntaxin 13 on SDS-PAGE immunoblots, in samples from mouse, rat, dog and hamster origins. Additional bands of 27 and 37 kD may also be recognized in these lysates, and are believed to correspond to degradation products of syntaxin 13. |
