Product Name | NAGA, 18-411aa, Human, His tag, Baculovirus |
Description | Purity: > 90% by SDS - PAGE. Format: Liquid. In Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.4) containing 10% glycerol.. NAGA, also known as alpha-N-acetylgalactosaminidase, is a lysosomal exoglycosidase that cleaves terminal alpha-N-acetylgalactosamine residues from glycopeptides and glycolipids. It is hardly expected to cause an allergic reaction in Fabry disease patients. It is highly promising as a new and safe enzyme for ERT for Fabry disease. Recombinant human NAGA, fused to His-tag at C-terminus, was expressed in insect cell and purified by using conventional chromatography techniques. |
