| Description | Reacts with free cardiac troponin I (cTnI). Does not react with cTnI forming complexes with other troponin components. Not affected by phosphorylation. Recognizes an epitope between amino acid residues 65 and 74 of cTnI. No crossreactivity with skeletal muscle cTnI. Reactive with cTnI from human, bovine, porcine, goat, canine, cat, rat and mouse. |
