| Description | CD3 Antibody (FITC) LS-C78179. Recognizes 22/26/30kD MW lymphocyte surface molecules associated with the T-cell antigen receptor complex. It reacts with the majority of peripheral blood T lymphocytes, a major proportion of thymocytes, the majority of T-cell chronic lymphocytic leukemia cells, Sezary leukemias and approximately 70% of acute lymphoblastic leukemias of T-cell origin. Species cross-reactivity: Negative with rhesus monkey peripheral blood leucocytes in flow cytometry. |
