In Western blot mouse peritoneal macrophages treated with 22-R-hydroxycholesterol and T0901317 (stimulating ABCG1 expression) were tested, where a band was observed at 90 kDa. Preliminary results suggest that this antibody does not appear to work in Immunoprecipitation.In vivo assay was reported in scientific literature. |
