| Applications | Peptide ELISA. WB: Preliminary experiments gave next to 70 kDa band bands at approx. 75 kDa band and 27 kDa band in human kidney and lung lysates after 0.5 ug/ml antibody staining. Please note that currently we cannot find an explanation in the literature for the extra bands we observe given the calculated size of 69.7 kDa band according to NP_116011.1. The detected bands were successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide (and BLAST results with the immunizing peptide sequence did not identify any other proteins to explain the additional bands). |
