Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence, Immunoprecipitation and Western Blot reported in literature (See Zahoor et al, 2010 for details). Confocal immunofluorescence: Cells were fixed with 4% paraformaldehyde in PBS for 10 min and then permeabilized with 0.5 % Triton X-100 for 20 min at room temperature (RT). The cells were blocked with PBS containing 10 % BSA and probed with NIBP pAB for 1 hour at RT. After washing with PBS, cellswere incubated with Alexa conjugated goat anti-mouse antibodies. |
