| Applications | Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry, Immunohistochemistry-Paraffin, Peptide ELISA. WB: Approx. 48 kDa band observed in lysates of human brain, kidney and testis (calculated MW of 42.8 kDa band according to NP_006087.2). A minor band of unknown identity was also consistently observed at 20 kDa. This band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide. IHC-P: Human hepatocelluar carcinoma shows strong labeling of membranes and weaker staining of cyrtoplasm. These observations are consistent with those obtained by different antibodies. |
