In transfected HEK293 transiently expressing human NONO a band of approx. 55 kDa is observed. This band is not observed in the non-transfected HEK293. The endogenous 50 kDa band protein is observed in both. IHC-P: Human spleen shows nuclear staining in select splenocytes. |
