NB300-106 can be used in Western blot where a band is seen at 180 kDa representing the NMDAR2B. Immunohistochemical analysis can be performed using frozen or fixed tissue sections. NB300-106 can also be used to quantitatively immunoprecipitate NMDAR2B where 3 ul will (under appropriate conditions) quantitatively immunoprecipitate all NMDAR2B in 200 mg of rat brain. NB300-106 has also been used successfully in immunofluoresence as reported in the literature (PMID: 20082293) and reported by an anonymous customer review. After reconstitution the antibody should be aliquoted and stored at -20C. Adequate amount of material to conduct 10-mini Western Blots. |
