Please note that currently we cannot find an explanation in the literature for the band we observe given the calculated size of 31.1 kDa band according to NP_NP_001008393.1 and of 29.9 kDa band according to NP_005799.2. The 20 kDa band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide. |
