| Applications | Immunohistochemistry, Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence, Immunohistochemistry-Paraffin, Immunohistochemistry-Frozen, Immunocytochemistry. Tested applications:* IHC (FFPE sections) - 1:50 - 1:100 for 30 mins at RT (ABC method). Perform heat mediated antigen retrieval (using 10 mM citrate buffer pH 6.0) before commencing with IHC staining protocol. IHC (Frozen sections) - 1:50 - 1:100 for 30 mins at RT (ABC method). Fix with ice cold acetone. IF - 1:50. Not tested in other applications. *Optimal dilutions/ concentrations should be determined by the end user. IHC: use at a dilution of 1:50 - 1:100 for 30 mins at RT (ABC method). For FFPE sections, perform heat mediated antigen retrieval using 10 mM citrate buffer pH 6.0 before commencing with the IHC staining protocol. |
