| Description | Recognizes human C1q. In immunoelectrophoresis and radial immunodiffusion (Ouchterlony), against fresh normal human plasma a single precipitin line is obtained which shows a reaction of identity with the precipitin line obtained with purified C1q protein. Complexes containing C1q may also react. No reaction is obtained with C1r, C1s or any other plasma protein component or serum. Does not crossreact with any other component of human plasma. |
