| Description | CREB1 / CREB Antibody (PE) LS-C653472. Specificity: Human cyclic AMP responsive element binding protein-1 (CREB-1, p43). By Western blot it shows a major band at 46kD when assayed against a lysate of 1x10^6 Raji B cells. Minor bands at 75kD and 43kD may be noted. Partial reactivity to CREM-1 protein. May react non-specifically with other proteins. Species cross-reactivity: Human, rat, mouse. |
