Product Name | MAPK3, 1-379aa, Human, His tag, E.coli |
Description | Purity: > 90% by SDS - PAGE Format: Liquid. 20mM Tris-HCl buffer (pH8.0) containing 20% glycerol, 0.1M NaCl,1mM DTT . MAPK3 is a member of the MAP kinase family. MAP kinases, also known as extracellular signal-regulated kinases (ERKs), act in a signaling cascade that regulates various cellular processes such as proliferation, differentiation, and cell cycle progression in response to a variety of extracellular signals. This protein is activated by upstream kinases, resulting in its translocation to the nucleus where it phosphorylates nuclear targets. Recombinant human MAPK3 protein, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, was expressed in E.coli and purified by using conventional chromatography techniques. |
