| Description | Agarose Low EEO Electrophoresis Grade is manufactured from selected algae and harvested during specific periods of growth to produce gels that are easier to prepare than the equivalent polyacrylamide gels. Low EEO Agarose is recommended for a wide array of molecular biology procedures and offers enhanced resolution ensuring high recovery of biologically active DNA, high cloning efficiency and consistent reproducibility. See A1015 for our best grade with complete Functional and Molecular Biology Testing. Applications: • Analytical DNA Gels ≥ 1000bp • Blotting Assays (Southern, northern) • Radial Immunodiffusion • Restriction Enzyme digestion products • For use with all buffer systems Recommended Usage (0.5X TBE): Concentration Molecular Weight 1% 500bp-10kb 1.2% 350bp-7kb 1.5% 250bp-2kb |
