| Product Name | DUSP23, Recombinant, Human, aa1-150, His-tag |
| Description | Purity ~90% (SDS-PAGE). DUSP23, also known as low molecular mass dual specificity phosphatase 3 (LDP-3), belongs to the protein-tyrosine phosphatase family. This protein is a protein phosphatase that mediates dephosphorylation of proteins phosphorylated on Tyr and Ser/Thr residues. In vitro, it can dephosphorylate p44-ERK1 (MAPK3) but not p54 SAPK-beta (MAPK10) in vitro. This protein able to enhance activation of JNK and p38(MAPK14). Source: Recombinant protein corresponding to aa1-150 from human DUSP23, fused to His-Tag at N-terminal, expressed in E. coli. Molecular Weight: ~18.8kD (170aa), confirmed by MALDI-TOF Biological Activity: Specific activity is >200units/mg, and is defined as the amount of enzyme that hydrolyze 1nmole of p-nitrophenyl phosphate (pNPP)/minute at pH 7.5 at 37°C.
