Recognizes a glycoprotein of 75kD, identified as low affinity Nerve Growth Factor Receptor (p75NGFR) or Neurotrophin Receptor (p75NTR). Epitope: aa1-160 of extracellular domain of NGFR/NTR. Species cross-reactivity: Human, monkey (Cebus apella, Macaca fascicularis, Mulatta and Nemestrina), baboon (Papio anubis and Cynocephalus), feline, rabbit and ferret. Does not cross-react with mouse or rat. |
