GM-CSF stimulates precursor cells of granulocytes, macrophages, and eosinophils. Murine GM-CSF is a 14.0kD protein containing 125 amino acid residues. Source: Recombinant protein corresponding to mouse GM-CSF expressed in E. coli. Biological Activity: Determined by its ability to stimulate the proliferation of mouse FDC-P1 cells.
