| Product Name | SNX3, Recombinant, Human, aa1-162, His-Tag (Sorting nexin 3) |
| Description | Purity ~95% (SDS-PAGE). Sorting nexin 3 (SNX3), also known as SDP3, is a member of the large family of hydrophilic proteins that interact with a variety of receptor types and are involved in intracellular trafficking. This protein interacts with phosphatidylinositol-3-phosphate, and is involved in protein trafficking. SNX3 comprises a distinct subgroup of nexins that share less sequence similarity outside of the PX domain and have dramatically different binding affinities for the tyrosine kinase receptors. Source: Recombinant corresponding to aa1-162 of human SNX3, fused with His-tag at N-terminus, expressed in E.coli.
