| Description | Extracts have been quality control tested by Western blot. Permanent murine cell lines of fast and slow skeletal myocyte derivation. Nuclear extracts have been collected in Lysis Buffer after a 24-hour incubation with PMA (10ng/ml). Storage and Stability For long-term storage, aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and freeze at -70°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Aliquots are stable for at least 6 months. |
