IL2-Ra is released into the serum after increased cellular expression such as increased activation of B and T cells. Source: Recombinant corresponding to aa22-213 from mature human IL2- Ra, fused to 6x His-tag expressed in E. coli. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot as a control. |
