| Description | Purity ~99%. Tandutinib (also known as MLN518 or CT53518) is an orally active inhibitor of Fms-like tyrosine kinase 3 (FLT3) kinase, PDGFRb and c-Kit. It inhibits FLT3 phosphorylation, downstream signaling and tumor growth in vitro and in animal models. Solubility: Soluble in DMSO at 25mg/ml with slight warming; soluble in ethanol at 25mg/ml with slight warming; very poorly soluble in water; maximum solubility in plain water is estimated to be about 50-100uM; buffers, serum, or other additives may increase or decrease the aqueous solubility. |
