Biological Activity: Determined by measuring concentration dependent chemotaxis with human T cells. A concentration range of 1.0-10.0ng/ml produces significant chemotaxis. The optimal concentration should be determined for each specific application. TARC is a b chemokine (C-C chemokine) which is effective for stimulating chemotaxis with T-cells, but is ineffective for stimulating chemotaxis with monocytes. |
