Detects a single ~40kD band on Western blots of cell lines known to express TTF-1 mRNA and was negative on cell lines known not to contain TTF-1. Immunohistochemical staining of tissue strongly correlated with staining of an established TTF-1 antibody and staining by in situ hybridization. |
