| Description | Recognizes purified human and bovine Hsp90 and will detect an ~90kD protein, corresponding to the apparent molecular mass of Hsp90 on SDS-PAGE immunoblots, in samples from human, monkey, mouse, rat, beluga, bovine, canine, chicken (weak), fish (carp), guinea pig, hamster, rabbit (weak), sheep and water mold. Detects both alpha and beta forms of Hsp90. This antibody can be used for immunoprecipitation of free and complexed Hsp90. |
