| Description | CD8 Antibody (clone FK18) LS-C127388. Recognizes CD8, the 33kD T8 antigen present on the human cytotoxic/suppressor T-cell subset. Strongly blocks the cytolytic activity of T8-positive CTLs. Also reacts with a subpopulation of Rhesus monkey lymphocytes which is identical to the population of human T8 positive cells. |
