Species cross-reactivity: human, mouse, rat, tupaia belangeri. monodelphis domestica, hamster. Does not cross-react with bovine. in Cultured Cells Cross-reactivity: MCF-7, RT 112, PLC. Tumor Cross-reactivity: all adenocarcinoma, undifferentiated carcinoma, cervix and hepatocellular carcinoma. Represents an excellent marker to discriminate simple epithelia from those of different origin. |
