| Description | SYNPO / Synaptopodin Antibody (clone G1D4) LS-C85448. Specificity: Human, bovine, rat, mouse, guinea pig, gerbil; negative with rabbit, frog and chicken. Reacts with a subset of exclusively telencephalic synapses, and recognizes differentiated podocytes (glomerular visceral epithelial cells) in vivo and in vitro. Reacts with cultured cell lines: Caco, PLC, HaCat, SV80, RD 125, Huvec, RV, PC-12, MDCK; negative with glioma. |
