| Description | APC Antibody LS-C413712. The adenomatous polyposis coli protein (APC) is a tumor suppressor that promotes rapid degradation of catenin-beta 1 (CTNNB1) and participates in Wnt signaling. The GSK3-beta protein kinase regulates its activity by phosphorylation. APC binds to PDZ domains of DLG1 and 3, to catenins, axin and MAPRE protein family including the EB members. |
