| Description | JCHAIN / Ig J Chain Antibody (clone Mc19-9) LS-C58617. Specificity: Reacts with human J chain as tested by ELISA using purified human Ig fragments as the solid phase target antigen. The antibody does not detect J chain in intact IgM in ELISA assays due to steric hindrance. In Western blotting techniques Detects J chain in IgM only in reducing conditions. |
