| Description | JCHAIN / Ig J Chain Antibody LS-C24923. Recognizes human J chain as tested by ELISA using purified human Ig fragments as the solid phase target antigen. The antibody does not detect J chain in intact IgM in ELISA assays due to steric hindrance. In Western Blot techniques the antibody detects J chain in IgM only in reducing conditions. |
