| Description | Reacts with influenza B virus nucleoprotein. No crossreaction is seen with influenza A infected patient samples or purified influenza A virus. Epitope differs from that of clone 6F135 as determined by inhibition ELISA.Suitable as capture antibody in combination with clone 6F135 as detecting antibody in sandwich ELISA (1). In Western blotting after SDS-PAGE reacts with influenza B viral nucloeprotein (NP). Reacts with influenza B infected, acetone-fixed Vero cells when diluted 1:1000. Specific binding can be visualized by immunofluorescence using a polyclonal anti-mouse Ig antibody labeled with for example fluorescein. |
