| Description | POLE / POLE1 Antibody (HRP) LS-C545639. Recognizes DNA polymerase e (Pol e) at >200kD. Also recognizes a 140kD form of Pol e, known as Pol e. Species Reactivity: Detects both Pol e and Pol e of Human, Monkey, bovine and Mouse. A mixture of clones 0. N.250 and 0. N.251 will recognize Pol e from D. melanogaster (Pol e only), T. in insect cells (Pol e only), S. cerevisiae (Pol e and Pol e), X. laevis (Pol e only) and Chicken (Pol e only). |
