In our Western blot validation with human spleen and lung tissue lysates, this GMFG antibody detected a specific band at 17 kDa and an additional/uncharacterized band at 45 kDa position. The observed molecular weight of the protein may vary from the listed predicted molecular weight due to post translational modifications, post translation cleavages, relative charges, and other experimental factors. |
