| Description | EDN1 / Endothelin 1 Antibody LS-C36230. Recognizes Endothelin [15-21]. The reactivity of Endothelin 1 (human, porcine) and Endothelin 3 (human, rat) is 90%, Endothelin 2 (human) is 70% and Big Endothelin 1 (human) is greater than 1%. Does not react to ACTH (human, 1-39), Calcitonin (human), Oxytocin and Vasoactive Intestinal Peptide. Class specific for endothelins and is suitable for use in immunohistochemical procedures. |
