| Description | Recognizes the 52.2kD and 45kD Keratin 8, 18. No significant reactivity with mouse or rat tissues. Reacts with all simple epithelia including glandular epithelium, e.g. thyroid, female breast, gastro-intestinal tract, respiratory tract and urogenital tract. Does not react with normal stratified squamous epithelium from any site. Transitional epithelium stains. |
