| Description | Reacts with JNK1 in both transfected and endogenous cell lines on Western blots. This antibody may crossreact with JNK3 in an overexpressed cell lysate, but the cross reactivity to JNK2 has not been observed. This antibody identifies a 54kD band on Western blot analysis. Reactivity is confirmed with A431 cell lysates. |
