| Description | CTNND1 / p120 Catenin Antibody (N-Terminus) LS-C74013. Specific for isoforms 1 and 2 of p120ctn. Cross-reactivity with p120ctn isoforms 3 and 4 has not been observed. Reactivity of this antibody has been confirmed by Western blotting, immunoprecipitation and immunofluorescence. Species cross-reactivity: human, mouse, rat and canine and chicken p120ctn. Positive control lysates include MDCK (canine) cells, NIH 3T3 (mouse) cells, Hela (human) cells, Va-2 fibroblasts (human), rat-2 fibroblasts and chicken embryo fibroblasts. |
