S100A11 is a member of the S100 family of proteins containing 2 EF-hand calcium-binding motifs. This protein may function in motility, invasion, and tubulin polymerization. Recombinant human S100A11 protein, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, was expressed in E.coli and purified by using conventional chromatography. |
