Western blot: Approx 160-170kDa band observed in human skeletal muscle and mouse brain lysates (calculated MW of 161kDa according to NP_000611.1). An additional band of unknown identity was also consistently observed at 60kDa. This band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunising peptide. |
