| Applications | Western Blot, Simple Western, ELISA, Immunohistochemistry, Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence, Immunohistochemistry-Paraffin, Immunohistochemistry-Frozen. Human Chromosome Location: 4p13 Fixation in 95% ethanol/5% acetic acid for 2-3 hours prior to paraffin embedding is recommended. Specimens which have not been fixed in acetic acid/alcohol require pre-treatment with citrate buffer: for example, unmask of the target epitope by boiling the tissue sections in 10mM citrate buffer, pH 6.0, for 10 min followed by cooling at room temp for 20 min. This antibody has been reported to work in IHC-Frozen as reported in the literature (Bottner et al. Drew et al.) and (Sugimoto et al. J Hyperten). In Simple Western only 10 - 15 uL of the recommended dilution is used per data point. Separated by Size. |
