This LOX antibody is useful for Western blot and Immunohistochemistry paraffin embedded sections. In Western blot a band is seen at 58 kDa. This is a highly glycosylated protein; therefore one may see bands at 32 kDa, 50 kDa and 58 kDa representing the mature (secreted) form, the pro form and the glycosylated forms respectively.
