| Description | AceMag™ Bacterial DNA Kit offers a rapid and easy-to-use method for the isolation of pg grade DNA from from a wide variety of gram positive and negative bacterial species. The kit utilizes our unique high-capacity magnetic bead technology that ensures efficient recovery of DNA fragment library within a desired fragment length range. The purified DNA is fully digestible with all restriction enzymes tested, and is completely compatible with downstream application such as PCR, qPCR, genotyping, sequencing, Southern Blot analysis, and more. The system allows for automation after sample lysis via Hamilton STAR™, Thermo KingFisher™ Flex, Applied Biosystems® MagMAX™, Qiagen Biosprint, and other liquid handling instruments. |
