| Description | The Ansh Labs' Total Inhibin ELISA is a quantitative three-step sandwich type immunoassay to measure the concentrations of Total Inhibin in serum, plasma and other biological fluids. Measurements of Inhibins are shown to be useful in studying its role in human reproductive physiology, spermatogenesis, testicular function, ovarian reserve, granulosa cell tumors and mucinous tumors. The Ansh Labs' Total Inhibin ELISA kit detects Inhibin A, Inhibin B and the Inhibin alpha subunit. Wide dynamic range of 8.3-525 pg/mL. Sensitive to 1.5 pg/mL. Total 3.5 hour incubations.
