| Description | LRPAP1 Antibody (C-Terminus) LS-C38739. Recognizes human RAP. Binds to an epitope of the C-terminal part of RAP, a sequence common to the human VLDL receptor superfamily (glycoprotein 330 and LRP), the chicken oocyte receptor for VLDL and vitellogenin (LR8), and glycoprotein 330/megalin from rat. No reaction with LDL receptor. Interferes with binding of VLDL and vitellogenin receptor. Binding is Ca2+-dependent with LR8. Species cross-reactivity: Human (RAP, CD91 (LRP), VLDL-R); chicken (LR8); rat (gp330). |
